Tariff
Children under 5 can stay free of charge when sharing a room with parents. All children over 5 are charged at a nominal fee of £5 per night. We do not offer reductions when older children occupy their own rooms.

We do not have single rooms, but depending on availability can offer a single occupancy in a double room for a supplement of £20 per night.
CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
Rooms are available either before 12.00 or after 17.00 on the day of arrival or by arrangement.
Check-out time is 10.30.
We require a deposit of £50 per room. In the event of a cancellation we will return the deposit on the condition that we are able to re-let the room.
You may be aware that Hotels & Guest houses have the right in law to claim to be reimbursed for any loss resulting from a cancellation or no show. In the event of accommodation booked being cancelled we will attempt to recover the loss by re-booking, however it can not be guaranteed. We therefore recommend that you consider purchasing holiday cancellation insurance.
